ARTIST BIOGRAPHY: 

Dizzy Walka is a Hip-Hop artist residing in Calgary, AB. The regal young rapper has recorded multiple, well-deserved chart entries on !earshot, including Top 10 features on their National Hip-Hop Chart and further recognition on the Top 20 !earshot monthly charts. Accumulating over 50,000 streams, the born and raised Motswana has sold-out performances at some of Calgary's top venues, including BMO Centre, Commonwealth Bar & Stage, Ship & Anchor Pub, The Rec Room, Broken City and Junction Bar & Stage. He also takes on community projects with the Calgary Catholic School District, such as Black History Month celebrations at St. Francis High School, and further community work together with the Calgary Police Service to motivate and inspire the Caribbean youth community. Dizzy enjoys connecting with the community through his music to encourage those overcoming life's challenges.  

Dizzy’s music has been played on radio stations across Alberta, including CBC, CJSW, CKXU, CJSR, CFBX and MRU programs. He’s also received radio support from out of province, branching out into British Columbia, and going all the way into Ontario.   

Inspired by artists such as Drake, Travis Scott, Kendrick Lamar, Rod Wave and Roddy Ricch, Dizzy continues to create candid motivational Rap music.
