ARTIST STATEMENT:
My focus is on dance and healing. I use a nehiyaw storytelling perspective and land-based practices.

"Truth and reconciliation to me is listening to the voices of the 7,000+ survivors and focusing specifically on the calls to action that were created based on their experiences in residential schools. It means honoring, including and centering Indigneous voices and perspectives as the First Nations of Canada."
