Kathryn Heath

Kathryn Heath’s volunteer work includes as a director of Theatre Calgary, where she currently sits on the Executive Committee, Artistic Committee (Chair), Development Committee sub-committee, and Facilities Committee. Kathryn is also a governor of the Glenbow Museum. In that role, she sits as a member of the Development Committee and of the Governance Committee.

Kathryn has a broad experience with large, international, for-profit boards and on not-for profit boards and organizations. She is a retired corporate lawyer with 30 years’ of counsel and executive experience in domestic and international companies in the private and public sectors, most recently as Associate General Counsel, Agrium Inc. Her corporate responsibilities included mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, compliance and best practices, and dispute resolution.

She has been a sessional lecturer at the University of Calgary, teaching international trade law. She is a graduate of the University of Windsor and the University of Guelph.
