Welcome to Paris. The city of light; the city of love - or is it? Journey through time in Belle Paris, a physical comedy where dreams are discovered in unspoken and unexpected places.
Meet Amy. What will she encounter in Paris as she dreams of “making it” as the world’s greatest mime? Will she rise to the challenge of having been accepted into the world’s most prestigious mime school? Rewinding in time, enter Eva, who, in 1940 finds herself in Paris with a dream of “making it” as a great actress on the stage of the Comedy Française.
Two women; two separate time periods; the same place. Through comedy, storytelling, projections, and yes – even mime, Belle Paris explores the magic that unfolds when the expected is turned on its head.
