Following a 6-week intensive workshop the much anticipated and new dance production, TRINITY, hits the stage for 3 fantastic performances. TRINITY showcases a trio of new and exciting dance-works that focus on exploring the concept of MIND, BODY & SOUL ... this successful union is crucial in achieving balance in life, overall happiness and prosperity. From concepts of mental health to body image and beyond, TRINITY encourages our artists and audience members to observe and reflect on their own mind, body and soul union.

Motel is an intimate, 50-seat black-box theatre located in the heart of downtown Calgary on the mezzanine level of Arts Commons, across the hall from One Yellow Rabbit's Big Secret Theatre. Instantly recognizable by its charming motel-style sign, Motel Theatre is the home of Downstage who curate the space as an affordable home for smaller theatre and performance companies in Calgary.
