Legacy Seat Campaign

It's more than a seat. It commemorates a lifetime of experiences; honours your time shared with world-class performers and will build memories of special moments with loved ones. It's a tribute to someone special by creating a legacy in one of Canada's greatest art centres.

By naming a seat in one of the venues in Arts Commons you make a lasting impression and provide vital support to Calgary's performing arts community. As the home to Alberta Theatre Projects, Calgary Philharmonic Orchestra, and Theatre Calgary, Arts Commons plays a critical role in the health and growth of these organizations by providing and maintaining performance venues, public engagement spaces, and facilitating collaboration and long-term sustainability.

Your contribution will go towards Arts Commons’ Endowment Fund which ensures the long-term financial stability of the centre and assists in supporting and furthering missions of the centre and its resident companies.

When you purchase a seat, your personalized message is inscribed on a brass plaque where you can:

• pay tribute to your enjoyment at your favourite venue
• give a unique gift
• honour a loved one
• commemorate a special occasion
• publicly demonstrate your commitment to the arts

To create your lasting legacy at Arts Commons, you can name your seat by completing a Seat Donation Form or by contacting the Development Office at (403) 294-7455 ext. 1465.

Venues:
• Jack Singer Concert Hall
• Max Bell Theatre
• Martha Cohen Theatre

* Seats will be allocated by the Development Office. If you are interested in naming a specific seat, please contact us. While every effort will be made to accommodate your request, it may not always be possible to allocate your preferred seat location.

** Please note that no seating privileges or free tickets are associated with the naming of a seat. It is not possible to guarantee that you will be able to purchase tickets for the named seat for any given performance.
